The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence was esablished in the early 1970's and the organization's mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of auto repair and service professionals. The institue works in every segment of the automotive industry: car and truck dealerships, independant auto repair garages, fleets, service stations, franchises, and more. Each member is required to take one or more of ASE's 40+ exams that are grouped into specialties for automobile, medium/heavy truck, truck equipment, parts specialists, collision repair technicians, and collision damage estimators. Only upon passing at least one exam and providing proof of two years or relevant work experience can a auto repair shop become certified. Furthermore, ASE certified affiliates must be retested every five years.

Thanks for the quick and honest repair. This is my second vehicle that has needed a transmission, and I am so glad we have you to count on for our repairs. I will tell anyone I know that needs a transmission repaired that you are the people to bring it to. I would not trust a repair like this to anyone else. Thanks again.
